Who we are:

One Community Alliance Network, LLC and One Community Alliance Network Foundation are community-focused organizations located in Miami Gardens, FL., founded on the principles of collective empowerment, education, engagement, advocacy, networking and progress.

What we do:

Connect residents to information & resources
Build public/private alliances for the purpose of collaborating on community projects. We facilitate the maximization of scope and impact of each project by leveraging project partner resources (financial and in-kind).
Promote and market small black-owned businesses by increasing their presence and participation in the digital marketplace via our virtual mall (shopzandshopz.com).
Amplify information and community concerns
Promote community pride
Encourage civic participation
Advocate for clean, safe and economically strong communities

Our websites and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube) serve as our primary marketing and engagement vehicles. Additionally, website subscribers receive a monthly e-newsletter and periodic special edition e-blasts.

Collette Hart Wallace Sr. Content Contributor

Collette Hart Wallace was born and raised in Miami Dade County. She attended local schools graduating from Miami Central Senior High. She matriculated to Clark Atlanta University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She furthered her education at Nova Southeastern University receiving a master’s degree in Elementary Education with Certification in Administration and Supervision.

Mrs. Hart Wallace is a former teacher, Title 1 District Supervisor and school administrator. After thirty-four years with the Miami Dade County Public Schools System, she retired as an Assistant Principal at Norwood Elementary School in Miami Gardens. Mrs. Hart Wallace is the Past Commandress of Kazah Court #117, Prince Hall Affiliated (PHA) Daughters. Hart Wallace is currently the Imperial Deputy for the Desert of Florida, (State Coordinator), Imperial Court Daughters, an Auxiliary to the A.E.A.O.N.M.S. Prince Hall Shriners serving over 500 members.

Mrs. Hart Wallace is a Diamond Life Member, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Dade County Alumnae Chapter; a Life Member, Clark Atlanta University Alumni Association, South Florida Chapter; and a member of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated, Miami Chapter, Area IV, Director of Operations.

Mrs. Hart Wallace is married to Andrew Wallace, mother of Woodrow W. Richardson and has two grandsons, Woodrow James and Mathias Richardson.

Sandy Sears

Sandra "Sandy" Sears is a retired senior executive in the Jackson Health System. She served for 39 years in senior level leadership, retiring as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Jackson North Medical Center. Ms. Sears developed the affiliation agreement between Jackson North and the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, which distinguishes Jackson North as an academic community hospital. Ms. Sears currently is a health care consultant, teacher, and volunteer on various boards. She is a resident of North Miami Beach. She earned her Master's degree in Management from Northwestern University, Magna Cum Laude in 1975. She attended the Wharton School CEO Program for Health Care Leadership in 2007. In 2013, she was named one of South Florida's Top 50 Most Powerful Business Leaders by Legacy.

After enjoying several years post retirement, Sandy is now continuing her commitment to public service in the capacity of Special Advisor, US Congressional House of Representatives.
